💊 Here’s how to order your prescriptions and medication with us – simple, safe and well organised. Everything you need to know at a glance.
✅ Insert your e-card once at the start of the quarter – after that you can order conveniently via Medflex or by phone through our phone assistant.
✅ Or order directly at the practice – during our morning opening hours and on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
📝 To help us process your order quickly, please always give the name and date of birth of the person the medication is for. At the practice it helps if you already have your medication written down on a note.
👤 Ordering for someone else (family or friends)? For that we need a power of attorney – we can give you a ready-made form.
⏰ Order in good time – ideally a few days in advance rather than waiting until the last day, so shortages don’t arise in the first place.
📲 Your medication will be stored on your e-card within two working days at the latest – often the same day. For orders placed via Medflex or by phone, you’ll then receive a text notification.
Good to know:
📦 It’s not always possible to release several packs at once – sometimes only one pack is allowed. This is set by the health insurer and is out of our hands.
📋 Some medications require prior approval – here we depend on the insurer’s response, which can take a little longer.
🩺 Time-limited and new medications, as well as certain active ingredients such as antibiotics or cortisone preparations, are only released after consulting a doctor – i.e. after an examination and discussion with us.
✈️ Need a travel medical kit? These medications go through a private prescription – after consulting one of our doctors.
