The best protection starts with sun protection. Cream with a high sun protection factor, avoiding the blazing midday sun and stepping out of the sun now and then – that takes the greatest strain off your skin. ☀️
Even so: regular checks matter. 🔍 Keep an eye on moles that change, grow or look irregular – and if in doubt, come and see us one time too many rather than too few.
