But one thing is just as clear: respect is not a one-way street. Our team gives its all every day so that you are well cared for. To keep it that way, there are limits – and they apply equally to everyone.
Verbal attacks, insults or targeted defamation have no place here. Anyone who crosses this line must expect consequences – up to and including the necessary personal and legal steps. Not out of harshness, but to protect everyone who treats others respectfully here: patients and team alike.
We remain what we are: an open, warm-hearted practice for people of all cultures. And it is exactly this sense of togetherness that we protect when necessary – consistently.
