For us, that’s non-negotiable. And the vast majority of you embody exactly that every day with us: with kindness, patience, and mutual respect. We’re grateful for that. 💚

But it’s just as clear that respect isn’t a one-way street. Our team gives it their all every day to ensure you’re well cared for. To keep it that way, there are boundaries—and they apply equally to everyone.

Verbal abuse, insults, or deliberate defamation have no place here. Anyone who crosses this line must expect consequences—including, if necessary, personal and legal action. Not out of harshness, but to protect everyone who treats one another with respect here: patients and staff alike.

We remain what we are: an open, welcoming practice for people of all cultures. And it is precisely this sense of community that we will protect when necessary—consistently.
