My Background

Born in Hall in Tirol, I completed my secondary education at the Bundesrealgymnasium Reithmannstraße in Innsbruck in 2013. Following my community service as a paramedic with the Red Cross in Hall in Tirol, I began studying medicine at the Medical University of Innsbruck in 2014, graduating in 2020 with distinction.

During my studies, I gained early research experience – including as co-author of a publication in the field of renal transplantation medicine in the Journal of Clinical Medicine.

I completed my clinical training at the University Hospital of Innsbruck, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of specialities – including internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, gynaecology, paediatrics and urology. My training was complemented by rotations in sports orthopaedics with Dr Thomas Hochholzer and in general practice with Dr Zitterl-Mair, where I subsequently worked as a general practitioner.

In May 2025, I received my Ius Practicandi (licence to practise) as a general practitioner from the Austrian Medical Chamber. I have also pursued further qualifications: I hold a diploma in body acupuncture (ÖGKA) and have completed the ÖGUM-certified basic course in emergency ultrasound with focused echocardiography. These qualifications enable me to offer patients a broader diagnostic and therapeutic spectrum.

Interests and Personal Engagement

Beyond medicine, I have a keen interest in languages and other cultures. Alongside my medical career, I studied Romance languages at the University of Innsbruck and speak English, Spanish and basic Italian in addition to German. These language skills allow me to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds in their own language.

I am delighted to be part of the Familienpraxis Tirol team, providing competent and compassionate care to patients of all ages in Wörgl.
