Your family doctor in Wörgl – A dedicated team for your health

A GP practice can only function optimally with a motivated and competent team. At the practice of Dr Marco Schönberger, your GP in Wörgl, you will be looked after by an experienced and friendly team who are passionate about your health and have the expertise to take care of you.
Our team works hand in hand to offer you comprehensive and personalised care. Below, we would like to introduce our dedicated assistants, who work alongside Dr Marco Schönberger and Dr Laura Riepl to ensure that you feel well looked after by your Family Practice Tyrol team.
The order of introduction follows the alphabet – but our appreciation does not. Every single team member is an indispensable part of our practice family. With dedication, warmth and their own individual strengths, they work together to ensure that you feel well cared for and welcome here.
Anna Katharina – Organisational talent with an eye for detail

Anna Katharina pulls all the strings in practice management – structured, organised and always with the necessary overview. With her law and Slavic studies degree under her belt and a great deal of organisational talent, she ensures that everything runs smoothly for us – from the first phone call to the last appointment.
Originally from beautiful South Tyrol, she brings not only structure, but also South Tyrolean charm, a great sense of humour and creative ideas. Her great passion is photography. She loves to capture special moments with her camera. Her impressive pictures adorn our surgery and bring a touch of nature and tranquillity to the practice. Creative, funny and always with a clear plan – Anna Katharina is simply indispensable in our team.
Bettina – our friendly all-rounder in the surgery assistant role

Bettina not only brings energy to the practice, but also a wealth of experience and warmth. She knows how to keep her cool even in turbulent moments – patient, organised and always with a smile. In her free time, she is drawn to lofty heights: via ferrata is her great passion. She brings this combination of strength, concentration and endurance to the practice – a true team player with lots of energy! Whether you have questions, need to make an appointment or just want a nice chat, you are in good hands with Bettina.
Claudia – our versatile nursing assistant with a heart

Claudia brings a wealth of experience from the clinical field and long-term care – she is professional, empathetic and has a keen sense of patients’ needs. With her calm manner and reliability, she is a valuable support in the day-to-day running of the practice. She knows how to organise, improvise and, above all, provide loving care. Her great passion is cooking, preferably creatively and with a lot of love. Claudia stands for warmth, competence and a pinch of culinary creativity – simply indispensable in our team!
Denise – our power woman for hygiene and sterilisation

Denise ensures that everything is sparkling clean and up to the highest standards when it comes to hygiene, disinfection and sterilisation. With her extensive knowledge – gained from her training as a veterinary assistant and her time as a driving instructor, among other things – she brings not only experience but also a good dose of energy to the table. Open-minded, close to nature and always with a smile on her face, Denise brings a breath of fresh air to the team. When she’s not polishing everything to a shine, she recharges her batteries in her second home – sunny Tuscany – or is out on her motorbike, enjoying the curves of the road. Her pride and joy is her son – and we are proud to have her on our team.
Karin – our surgery assistant with heart and humour

Karin brings not only a wealth of experience to our daily practice, but also a great deal of warmth and humour. She has over 15 years of experience in gynaecology and decided in 2016 to start afresh – and trained as a practice assistant. A decision we think is really great! She also worked at a ski school for over 25 years – first outside in the snow with the kids, then later in the office. So she knows exactly how to stay organised, keep calm and still have fun at work. In her free time, she loves cycling, discovering the world through travel and spending time with her family – her absolute favourite places are the sea and the Grabenkapelle chapel. And anyone who knows Karin knows that with her sense of humour, it never gets boring.
Klaus – our surgery mascot with cuddle factor

Klaus is the secret star of the Tirol family practice – always cheerful, fluffy and with an open ear for our little (and big) patients. Whether comforting them when they have minor ailments, keeping an eye on things at reception or providing cuddles during breaks – Klaus is always there. With his scarf in the practice’s design, he proudly shows which team he belongs to. A real crowd-pleaser on four legs – and clearly our go-to guy for everything.
Lisa – our certified health care and nursing professional (DGKP)

Lisa is a certified health and nursing professional (DGKP) with heart, mind and a wealth of experience – particularly in geriatrics and management. With her master’s degree in nursing sciences, she brings not only expertise but also a holistic view of nursing care to our practice. Whether it’s advice, support or simply a sympathetic ear, Lisa is there for our patients – competent, empathetic and always on equal terms. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in the world of aromatherapy, finds balance in yoga and enjoys spending time with her family. We appreciate Lisa’s calm manner, her expertise and her keen sense of people.
The entire team at Familienpraxis Tirol looks forward to your visit!
